Mere coapte cu nuca

Un desert usor de pregatit, pentru seri de iarna.
Adaugam un praf de scortisora si parca vine Mos Craciun…

Pentru 5 persoane
Pregatire: 10 min
Coacere: 30 min

Ingrediente:
  • 5 mere
  • 50 g nuca macinata
  • 30 g zahar tos
  • 5 lgt. dulceata de cirese
  • eventual, 20 g zahar farin pentru decor

Incingeti cuptorul la 200° C.

Merele se curata de coaja si de samburi si se aseaza intr-o tava.
Se adauga cate 1 ligurita de dulceata in fiecare scobitura de mar, nuca macinata si apoi se presara cu zahar tos.
Se dau la cuptor pentru 30 de minute.


Se servesc calde sau reci, ca desert.
