Utilizare: batoane sau praf – preparate dulci: aromatizarea vinului fiert si a cicolatei calde sau a ceaiurilor, a diverselor prajituri si a orezului cu lapte si in preparate sarate: Bucataria Asiatica, pentru asezonarea carnii si a pestelui, dar si in pilafuri.
