Piperul rosu (sau falsul piper)

Origine: Bolivia, Peru, Cile

Utilizare: ca si mirodenie, avand o aroma asemanatoare cu piperul negru, dar numai in cantitati foarte mici deoarece contine substante usor toxice.

Ca si ingredient intr-un amestec denumit Creola, ce contine: piper negru, piper alb, piper verde, piper rosu si ienibahar.
