Hamsii prajite (cu sos de usturoi si mamaliguta)

Ingrediente:
- 1 kg hamsii (sau sprot)
- 100 g malai
- 200 ml ulei
- 1 capatana de usturoi
- 100 ml sos de rosii
- 100 ml apa
- sare

Usturoiul se curata si se pregateste un mujdei.

Se adauga peste mujdei sosul de rosii, se dilueaza cu apa calduta si se sareaza dupa gust.
Sosul se serveste intr-un bol, langa hamsii.
Se serveste cu mamaliguta calda.
